UPSC Online Application form 2012 - The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is the reputable agency authorized by Constitution of India. UPSC conduct various examination every year under Engineering, Civil Services, National defence academy, medical services , naval academy and combined defence services. Online Application forms are invited for each examination and have standard method to fill up the application. UPSC Online Application form Registration Steps –
1.Go to www.upsconline.nic.in
2. After you have to click on “Online application for various examinations of UPSC”
3.Now select the exam notification for which you want to apply and go well with click here.
4.Now you will be redirect for Part-I Registration for enter the relevant information about you. Under part 1 candidates will see 5 page in which candidate have to enter details relevant to qualification, current position and much more. Applicants have to fill up option with red marks.
Registration part I
For Page one – candidates are asked to enter the Date of birth, Father name , mother name ,address, define physical fault if exist , if he/she belongs to minority, martial information and belongs to SC/ST/OBC/GEN. and now done for 1st page and press continue for move on the second part.
For Page second – In second page candidates are asked for relaxation age if yes then select the category from the drop down list. And further asked for center of examination, candidates have to choose desiring center from the drop down list.
Now done for this page ,go for 3rd page press continue.
For Page third – In third page candidates are asked relevant to chosen examination ( for e.g Civil,CDS.IAS) and asked for attend the question paper in Indian language choose yes under the option and you will be prompt to choose your specific Indian language and at the bottom ,candidates are asked to choose the optional subject for written examination. Now done for 3rd page and press continues for move further page.
For Page fourth – In fourth page candidates are displayed all data entered yet and asks for verification the data you have entered or there is another option ‘Update’ by which you can edit your information and can Re update it. this is very important part of registration .Candidates only give 1 chance to update the information at the time of verification.
Declaration box – At the last of the 4th page you are asked to I agree and I don’t agree buttons. If candidates check on I don’t agree then application will be terminated and or if I agree then page will generate a registration id. And fifth page will be displayed after click action.
For Page fifth – candidates will be displayed generated registration id with their bio data information as you have entered .But yet registration is incomplete until candidates will interaction with Registration –II .Candidates need to printout the details of this page for further proceedings using print Bank pay –in-slip. Candidates have to deposit fee with pay-in-slip through State bank of India. Bank will provide you a receipt with transaction id and finally login again for Registration part 2.
Now Registration for 1st part is complete and candidates have to apply for 2nd part .
Registration part II
Move on examination menu ,candidates are asked for two option –Registration I and Registration II
And choose Registration II. Candidates will be displayed a dialog box and have to enter Registration id and date of birth and press submit.
Candidates will be displayed three options –
a. FEE PAYMENT
b. UPLOADING OF PHOTOGRAPH AND
c. UPLOADING OF SIGNATURE
In fee payment candidates have 3 option –
1. Candidates may payment with pay-in-slip generated in Registration Part –I through State bank of India
2. Candidates may payment with online banking facility by State bank of India.
3. Candidates may pay with Visa card, Debit Card ,master card issued by your bank.
If you have payment SBI then it will ask you for enter transaction id ( 7 or 8 character numeric) and submit ,Now you will be redirect for next page.
In second part ,candidates have to upload a jpeg image size of less than 44kb and should clear.
Same for third part , Candidates need to upload a signature snap with jpeg format and less than 44kb.
After the upload signature and photo candidates will be displayed “Confirm Upload” and then press submit. Now you are done and will be displayed application submission link for satisfaction.
Note: No need to send hard copy application to UPSC.
