Common Law Admission Test is an all India entrance examination conducted on rotation by the sixteen National Law Universities (NLUs) for admission to their undergraduate (UG) and post graduate (PG) programmes, i.e., BA LL.B & LL.M, respectively. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University has proposed to conduct CLAT exam in an online mode.

For UG Programmes

Educational Qualification:
  • Candidates who passed Senior Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized board with 50% (45% for SC / ST / OBC / PWD) aggregate marks are eligible to apply. However candidates currently in 12th can also apply.
Age Limitation:

Age of candidate should not exceed than 20 years for General/OBC candidates (22years for SC / ST and persons with disability) as on July 01, 2014.

For PG Programmes:

Candidates who passed LL.B/B.L degree or an equivalent degree with 55% (50% for SC / ST / OBC / PWD) marks are eligible to apply. Applicants appearing in final year/semester degree examination are also eligible.
