Eligibility for Graduate Courses:

Candidate seeking admission to graduate courses should hold Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree must have completed a Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) (10+2, or high school) with the Science stream, including the subjects Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

Candidate belonging to general category must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the HSC (or equivalent) examination.

Admission Process for Graduate Courses:

The complete admission process is under a major improvement with constant court cases from parties against it. In general, admission was based on one of following:
  • Marks obtained in competitive examinations performed at central or state level.
  • Marks obtained in final examinations of Class XII (higher for general and lower for reserved category)
  • Donation/Management based seats.
