GUJCET Online Application 2018: The GUJCET Online Application will be started from April 2018 onwards. Applicants can fill the Gujarat CET Registration Form through the Official website that is www.gseb.org. All the applicants will be required to fill and submit the GUJCET 2018 Online Application to participate in GUJCET Entrance Exam. Gujarat Common Entrance Test is a state level entrance exam which is conducted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board. The purpose of conducting GUJCET 2018 Exam is to provide admission in Engineering and Degree/Diploma Pharmacy courses. GUJCET Eligibility Criteria:
  • Applicants should be a Citizen of India.
  • All candidates should be bonafide residents of Gujarat. Bonafide residents of Gujarat who are residing in other states of the country will also be eligible for GUJCET 2018.
  • Candidates must have done 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar/CBSE, Delhi/CISCE, New Delhi/NIOS/International School Board.
  • Candidates who will be completing their 10+2 (or equivalent) examination in 2018 will also be eligible for admission.
  • Minimum score of 45% has to be secured by the candidates in the qualifying exam. The reserved category candidates will have to score 40% marks.

Application Fee:

Applicants are required to submit the fee of Rs. 300/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Secretary, Gujarat Common Entrance Test Cell, Gandhinagar.

GUJCET Admission:
  • Admission to Engineering and Degree/Diploma Pharmacy courses will be done on basis of marks obtained in Gujarat CET 2018 Exam following by Counselling.
  • During GUJCET Counseling time, applicants can exercise their preferences for colleges.
  • GUJCET Seat Allotment will be strictly based on candidate’s merit, category and availability of seats.

GUJCET Exam Pattern:
  • The GUJCET Question Paper will be comprised of total 120 questions.
  • Only multiple choice questions having four alternatives will be asked in the exam.
  • The subjects covered under the examination are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.
  • Exam will be of maximum 120 marks. Duration of exam is of 3 hours only.
  • There is a system of negative marking in GUJCET. 
  • 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

Way to Fill GUJCET Online Application Form:

Candidates can fill the GUJCET Application Form by following below mentioned steps:

Step 1 – Payment of Application Fees and Obtaining User ID
  • In the first step, the applicants can get the User ID by paying the application fees in the form of Demand Draft.
  • The DD must be deposited at any of the official help centres of GUJCET 2018 along with the candidate details.
  • The User ID for GUJCET Application Form 2018 will be provided to the candidates after payment is successfully done.
  • The applicants are suggested to note down the information of the demand draft for future use.
Step 2: GUJCET Online Registration
  • After the payment is done, the obtained User ID and password has to be submitted by the applicants to login.
  • First of all, visit the official site that is gujcet.gseb.org to fill the GUJCET Online Registration Form.
  • The candidates will have to log into their account to fill the online GUJCET 2018 application form.
Step 3: Filling the Application Form
  • Then the applicants will have to fill the online GUJCET Application Form 2018 with the required personal and academic details.
  • It is to be noted that the details submitted in the application form has to be valid.
Step 4: Uploading of Scanned Images
  • After filling the application form, candidates must upload the scanned photo and signature along with application.
  • Both the photograph and signature should be uploaded properly otherwise the candidates will not be able to advance further in the application process.
Step 5: Submission of Filled Application Form
  • At last, the applicants will be able to submit their filled GUJCET application form 2018.
  • After completion of form check form at once and press on “Submit” button.
  • The application number will be generated and sent to the registered email id of the contenders after the application form is submitted.
