About TNPSC:

ü  In the year 1970, After the Madras Service Commission a new commission was established, this was titled as Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.
ü  It is a sub division in the government of Tamil Nadu State.
ü  The main function of this department is to preside over the hiring of the candidates for the government services in the state.
ü It consists of a chairman and 14 associates who control the working of the commission.
