IBPS Clerk Application Form

Eligibility Criteria:

Those aspirants who are willing to fill IBPS CWE Clerk VII Application Form they must ensure Eligibility Requirements before filling the application form. Applicants can check complete essential Requirements to participate in Clerical Cared CWE VII

Nationality / Citizenship:

A candidate must be either -
              i.        a Citizen of India or
             ii.        a subject of Nepal or
            iii.        a subject of Bhutan or
      iv.    a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
            v.      a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

Qualification Requirements:
  • Appearing candidates for IBPS Clerk Jobs should have a degree of Graduation in any discipline from recognized University/Institutions.
  • At the time of registrations, Candidates must possess valid Mark-Sheet/ Degree certificate that they are a graduate and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
  • Applicants should have knowledge of Operating and working in the computer system as it is mandatory.

IBPS Clerk Age Limit:

Age of aspirants applying for IBPS Clerk Vacancy should not be below 20 years and their maximum age limit must be 28 years as per norms as on 01.08.2017 candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1988 and not later than 01.08.1996 (both dates inclusive).
Upper age can be relaxed of reserved category candidates as per the norms of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection given below.
Ø  ST/SC Candidates: 5 years
Ø  OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
Ø  Persons with Disabilities: 10 Years
Ø  Widows, Divorced Women: 9 Years

Application Fee:
  • All the applying candidates are required to pay below mentioned application fee for filling IBPS Clerk Application Form as follows according to category in between 11.08.2017 to 01.09.2017.
  • For SC/ST/PWD/ EX-SM candidates: Rs.100/-
  • For all others: Rs. 600/-
  • Appliers can pay application fee through online mode using Debit card/ Credit card, Net banking and others.
Mode of Payment:

Ø  Applicants can submit an application fee, after successful submitting the complete details.
Ø  After getting the payment option, candidates need to select the option for making payment i.e. Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card
Ø  Then choose your bank and fill your card name as well as number.
Ø  After that an OTP (One Time Password) will be generated and send on your registered mobile number.
Ø  At last, you are required to fill One Time Password and your payment will be successfully done.

IBPS Clerk Salary:

Aspirants who get selected on IBPS Clerk Posts will get salary of Rs. 50000/- from the relevant department of participating bank.

IBPS Clerk Selection Process:
  • Those aspirants who qualify the Common Written Examination (CWE) both Prelims and IBPS Mains exam will be shortlisted for Document Verification and Personal Interview.
  • Shortlisted aspirants need to appear in further selection process that is document verification, personal Interview and will get appointment letters.
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination:
  • The Online Preliminary Examination consists of 3 sections – English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability.
  • The total mark allotted in preliminary exam is 100 and you have to qualify in each section.
  • The candidates to be qualified for the Mains Examination of IBPS Clerk will have to secure the desired Cutoff fixed by IBPS. 
  • Adequate number of candidates in each category will be decided by IBPS and depending upon the requirements will be shortlisted for online main examination

Stage 2: Online Mains Examination:
  • The Online Mains Examination consists of 5 sections – Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness and Computer knowledge.
  • The total marks allotted for the Online Mains Examination is 200 marks.
  • There will be sectional timings for each section in Online Mains Examination.
  • Each candidate is required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online Main Examination and also a minimum total score to be considered for further process.
  • Accordingly, No Interviews will be conducted under CWE Clerks-VII. 
  • 100% weightage will be given to the score obtained by the candidate in the online Main Examination.

  • After that hit the appropriate link to apply online regarding IBPS Clerk CWE VII Exam
Step 2:
  • On next page hit on “New Registration Link” if you are a new user
  • The Registration page will burst up with basic information about the application form. Read it thoroughly and Hit on Continue.
Step 3:
  • Now registration form will be displayed on your computer screen within a minute.
  • It contains 5 pages. The first page will have Basic Info.
  • Fill your Name, Mobile No, E mail id, Security Captcha Code and hit on “Save” and next to go to the next page.
  • Once you hit on Ok, you will provisionally be registered for IBPS CWE Clerk-VII Exam.
  • You will receive a Registration Id and Password on the screen as well as by a SMS and e mail.
Step 4:
  • Upload your scanned signature and photo along with IBPS Clerk Application Form.
  • For photo size should be 20 kb to 50 kb, and preferred dimension should be 200*230 pixels
  • For signature size should be 10 kb to 20 kb, and preferred dimension should be 140*60 pixels
Step 5:
  • After filling the IBPS Clerk Application Form check form at once and press on “Submit” button.
  • After you submit all the details, you are redirected to payment page.
  • You are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/Internet Banking.

Important Instructions to Remember before Applying Online

Specifications for Photograph for Application Form:
  • You should scan the recent photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) and signature adhere to the required specifications as given in Official Advertisement.
  • Face must be clear in photo with applicant looking straight. Do not narrow your eyes. Do not wear caps, hats and dark glasses. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover face. There should be no harsh shadows or “red-eye”.
  • Candidate must scan photograph having light-coloured, preferably white, background.
Specifications for Signature for IBPS Clerk Application Form
  • Signature in CAPITAL ETTERS will NOT be permitted.
  • Sign on a plain white sheet with black ink pen
  • Do not sign in capital letters.
