  • The aspirants should have a Minimum Height of 160 centimeters and a Minimum weight of 45.5 Kg.
  • Relaxation will be given if the applying candidate is found to be medically fit in other terms.
BARC Salary:

Aspirants who will get the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre Vacancy, they will earn:
  • For the Plant Operator /Health Physics/Assistant (HP) Laboratory Assistant/Fitter /Welder /Turner /Electrician /Instrument Mechanic /Electronic Mechanic /Machinist posts the aspirants will get the stipend of Rs.6200/- per month for the 1st year and Rs.7200/- for the 2nd year
  • For the BARC Clerk Recruitment (Technician/C (Boiler Operator) and Upper Division Clerk posts), the aspirants will get Rs.25, 500 as the monthly emoluments.

Selection Process for BARC Stipendiary Trainee Recruitment:

The committee will assort the candidates for the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre Jobs, on the basis of the written examinations/skill test/trade test/interview. So we advise the candidates to perform well at the time of the test/interview.
  • Stage 1 & 2 will consists of Written Test and
  • Stage 3 will be of Trade /Skill Test
There will be negative marking in the written Examination for incorrect answers.

Stage 1) Preliminary Test includes Questions on Mathematics, Science and General Awareness. Aspirants who will qualify the stage 1 examination will be selected for the stage 2 test.
Stage 2) Advanced test includes questions from the respective trade.
Stage 3) Trade /Skill Test: Only for those candidates who have cleared the Stage-2 test and will be on go/no-go basis.

For the Upper Division Clerk post the selection process will be different as:

The selection of the aspirants will be made on the basis of qualifying the written examination. The written test will consists of two levels:
  • Level – I will include Objective type test covering GK, Arithmetic, language skills etc, AND
  • Level – II will include Descriptive Written test to test English and comprehension.

BARC Application fees:
  • Aspirants have to submit an amount of Rs.100/- as the application fees.
  • No fee is applicable for the candidates related to SC/ST category.
Mode to submit the application amount:
  • The aspirants have to download the fold challan given along with the notification and make the payment in any branch of State Bank of India.
Note: The portion of the challan marked “Institution copy” should be submitted by the candidate at the time of document verification.
