SSC CGL Tier III Syllabus
  • Staff Selection Commission CGL Tier-III is being included from the year 2016.
  • Tier 3 paper is Descriptive Paper of 100 marks and is conducted through offline mode.
  • Skill Test will be held for the post of Tax Assistants (Central Excise & Income Tax).
  • Data Entry Speed Test (DEST) will be held at 8,000 (eight thousand) Key Depression per hour on Computer.
  • The Data Entry Speed/ Skill Test at 2000 (two thousand) key depressions for a duration of 15 (fifteen) minutes will be of qualifying nature.
  • Staff Selection Commission will hold Computer Proficiency Test (CPT), consisting of three modules- Word Processing, Spread Sheet and Generation of Slides
  • The Skill Test will be of qualifying nature.

SSC CGL Notification Details

Earlier, Staff Selection Commission released the employment notification as SSC CGL Recruitment Notification to fill up various vacant Positions such as Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant, Inspector, Sub Inspector and others. The last date for submission of online application is 16.06.2017. For this concern, organization will hold the SSC CGL Examination in three phases (Tier-I, Tier-II & Tier-III). Organization is going to conduct SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier-I) from 01-08-2017 to 20-08-2017 for recruiting candidates for Tier-II examination.

Those applicants who will qualify in the SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination Tier 1 Exam may appear for Graduate Level Examination Tier 2 Exam held from 10-11-2017 & 11-11-2017. SSC CGL Tier-III Exam will be held from 21.01.2018. Final selection will be done on basis of Data Entry Skill Test/Computer Proficiency Test/Document Verification.
