KEAM Exam Pattern

KEAM 2018 written exam will be conducted in the month of April 2018. You can have a look down and get the complete exam pattern:
  • Course: By qualifying KEAM exam, aspirants will get admission to engineering courses and pharmacy.
  • Number of Papers: Paper I and II will be conducted for engineering exam.
  • Number of Questions:  Total 120 questions will be asked in each paper of engineering.
  • Mode of Exam: Exam will be conducted through pen and paper mode and OMR answer sheet will be provided to the candidates answer the questions
  • Type of Questions: all the questions in the question paper will be of objective type and total five options will be available in each question and the candidates have to choose one correct option among them.
  • Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be awarded to the candidates for every correct answer.
  • Negative Marking: There will be additional deduction of 1 mark form the total score for each incorrect response.
  • Subjects: Paper I will have subjects namely Physics and Chemistry and Paper II will have Mathematics. For B.Pharm and Pharm.D. Aspirants can appear in only one paper.
  • Duration: Duration of the exam is 150 minutes (2 ½ hours) that means candidates have to complete the paper between (10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)
  • Total Marks: The exam will be of total 480 marks.
