OJEE June Counselling:

Once the OJEE merit list will be displayed by officials, OJEE Counselling process will be will be conducted through the online mode. Contenders are required to mark and lock their choices of preferred colleges and courses as per their rank.

The final allotment of seats will be done on the basis of choices filled by the aspirants, their rank scored and availability of seats. Candidates have to bring all the essential documents required for counselling process to fulfill the formalities of admission.

OJEE Seat Allotment 2018
  • Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) will be conducting the OJEE 2018 seat allotment tentatively from the fourth week of June 2018.
  • Seats available in the participating institutes will be allotted to eligible candidates through the seat allotment of OJEE 2018
  • The first temporary OJEE 2018 seat allotment will be announced tentatively in the first week of July 2018

Step by Step Procedure for OJEE 2018 Counselling Registration:
  • Visit to the official website that is www.ojee.nic.in and hit at New Registration.
  • Now register yourself by selecting the appropriate course and then enter Roll Number and Date of Birth.
  • After that press on “Submit” button to proceed further.
  • Fill all the data as required in OJEE Counselling Registration Form.
  • Now fill your authentic mobile number.
  • Afterwards verify the details of registration. If incorrect, then press on edit registration, and edit the incorrect data and make it correct.
  • If found correct in OJEE Counselling Registration Form, hit on confirm registration box to complete the registration process
  • Now you have to press on print details button to get the printout of the Registration Slip and keep it safe for further use.
  • After successful OJEE Counselling Registration, Fill Choices in order of their preferences of college / branch.
  • One college with one branch is treated as one choice.
  • You need to choose as many choices of Institutions and branches as possible on priority basis to have better option for allotment of a seat in the process.
  • Now Lock the choices and after completing the choice filling and locking, hit on “print locked choice” button to take a print out of Filled in Choice Slip for your reference.

OJEE Admission 2018:

It is to be noted that in order to get admission in B.Tech courses candidates are required to participate in JEE main 2018. Whereas the admission to those aspirants will be offered on the basis of marks scored by them in JEE Mains. Once the seat allocation process is complete contenders can report to the allotted college/institution scheduled date & time. Therefore aspirants need to submit their original documents at the allotted college while submitting the fees for admission.
