To make this process more easily, Microsoft has released “SMS Organizer", an Android app to download CBSE Class 10th Board Result even without internet.

Now students just have to download the “SMS Organizer" app by visiting the Google play store and after that pre register them to know CBSE 10th Result. After pre registration, when the CBSE 10th Result will officially be declared.

On the result day, candidate will get notification on pre registered mobile number and they have to hit that link. It will send you a new message having your CBSE Class X Score Card.

How to calculate CGPA for CBSE 10th Board Result 2018?

Students can follow below steps to calculate their CGPA in CBSE 10th Result:

Step 1: Add your grade points in the main five subjects, and then divide it by 5.

For Example you have:

 So add the CGPA of all the five subjects i.e. – 9+8+8+7+9=41

Step 2: Divide it by 5

That is: 41/5= 8.2 SO yours CGPA is=8.2

Step 3: Convert it into percentage
  • To convert the CGPA in percentage you need to multiply your CGPA with 9.5, That is: 8.2 x 9.5= 77.9%, So yours actual percentage is = 77.9%

In the year 2018, approx 16.38 lakh students had appeared for the CBSE class X board exams out of which 9,67,325 are male candidates and 6,71,103 are female candidates. Class X examination has been conducted across 4453 centres all over India.
