ISEET Exam Pattern

ISEET will consist of two phases one is Main and another is Advance. Duration of both papers will 3 hours. ISEET Main exam carry out in Morning shift and Advance exam in evening shift.

ISEET Mains
Duration: 3 hours
Areas Tested: Reading Comprehension & Critical Thinking and Logical Reasoning
Weight age: 30% minimum

ISEET Advance
Duration: 3 hours
Areas Tested: Problem Solving Ability in Basic Science Subjects
Weight age: 30% minimum

Selection Process

The final cut-off list for admissions with ISEET score will be created in three steps. Each state government or institution will be able to decide the precise weightage for Main and Advance exam:
  • Class XII Board Score: weightage not less than 40% and can go up to 100% of the total score
  • ISEET Main – weightage not less than 30% and can go up to 60% of the total score
  • ISEET Advance – weightage not more than 30% of the total score such that combined score of ISEET Main & Advance does not exceed weightage 60% of the total score
At last on the basis of total scores obtained by the candidates are called for counseling and finally the admission in a coordinated manner.
