- The candidates are selected after qualifying the two phases that include Written Exam and Interview or GD phase.
- The candidates who qualify the written exam, which is the objective type question paper having the multiple choice answering questions with 4 marks on each correct choice.
- There is also a negative marking done on each wrong answered choice. The candidates after result of the written exam will be called for further selection process that includes Interview session or GD phase.
