Education Criteria:
- Fresher candidates (18-45 years of age)
- Graduates (BCA, B.tech, B.Sc [IT] are eligible.
- BE/B.TECH (Only EEE, CSE, ECE and Instrumentation) are eligible.
- Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred.
- CA, CS, M.Tech, MCA, B.Pharma, M.Pharma, B.Ed, LLB etc. (or equivalent) are NOT eligible.
- Candidates pursuing any regular course or any of the above course are NOT eligible.
- Candidates pursuing or completed Distance MBA/PGDM are eligible.
Job Profile:
Technical client / customer dealing over phone & emails,
client handling, LAN networking, networking, resolving technical issue over
phone
Responsibilities:
- Helping customers solve technical issues with computers and Peripherals
- Handling Customer information with Integrity and Sensitivity
- Answering questions from customers about the features and capabilities of Products
- Handle complaints and objections effectively should try to resolve the same without escalation.
- Quickly and accurately performing multi-tasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving.
Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Typing Skills: 30 WPM 90% accuracy
- Basic understanding of the components of a computer and peripherals
- Working knowledge of operating systems, software, hardware, and networking with Microsoft, Apple OS X, iOS, and Android, etc
- Time: 24*7 shift(One way transport)
