NCHMCT Counselling 2018: NCHMCT Counselling has been
commenced from 22.05.2018. NCHMCT 2018 Counselling includes Round 1st, 2nd and
other as per availability of seats. NCHMCT Choice Filling of course and college
will be done only through online mode

NCHMCT JEE result has been declared, students who want admission
in hotel management colleges or institute, if they are qualify the NCHMCT JEE
2018 needs to appear in counseling for seat allotment and Seat Matrix round.

NCHM JEE Merit list will be prepared,
shortlisted candidates will be called to attend NCHMCT Online Counselling
round. For seat allotment, aspirants have to complete NCHMCT JEE Registration
process thereafter qualified students will be allotted seats in select course
and college as per their rank and availability of seats.
NCHMCT Counselling
NCHMCT Counselling Eligibility Criteria:
To appear in NCHM JEE 2018
Counselling, applicants need to be eligible. Here 4 groups of NCHMCT JEE 2018
Counselling eligibility is defined below you can go through it and ensure your
eligibility.
There are four Groups of eligible candidates:
Group–I (Fresh Candidates):
Candidates who are registered but are not allotted any seat
in the first round of seat allotment they can altered their choices through
internet. If candidates not submitting fresh choices in this round then, their
choices submitted during the first round of counseling would be considered for
seat allotment.
Group–II (Cancelled Candidates):
Candidates, who had seat but it has been cancelled in the
earlier round of counselling due to non-fulfillment of seat allotment criteria
are also permitted to modify/add new choices or their existing choices would be
considered for seat allotment.
Group–III (Reported and Freeze Candidates):
Those candidates would not be allowed to submit fresh
choices or modify choices. Their earlier allotted seat would be retained;
however their allotted category may be upgraded as per business rules.
Group–IV (Reported and Float Candidates):
Those candidates are permitted to modify/add new choices or
their existing choices would be considered for up gradation. If they want to
modify their choices they can do so but their previously allotted seat (allotted
Institute) will remain as a valid choice in this round. System will not permit
the candidates to delete this choice; however they can rearrange this choice
(Move-UP or Move-Down) as per their order of preference.

- NCHMCT JEE online counselling rounds includes different process are as follows -
- NCHMCT Online registration
- Choice filling and locking
- Online seat allotment
- Reporting to reporting centres (RCs) after seat allocation and payment of fee
- Withdrawal of allotted seat and refund rule
- Spot round counseling
- Report to college
Online registration for NCHMCT Ist Round Counselling and NCHMCT 2nd Round Counselling:
NCHM Counseling will be based on three rounds. Mainly, first and second round will comprise of web based. Candidates who want to take part in NCHM JEE Counselling required registering Online first.
- In this, aspirants need to access the web portal of organization and then you need to hit on “Online Registration and Choice Filling”.
- Candidates required filling asked details in order to get registered such as Roll number, Application number, Candidate’s Name and Date of Birth.
- Candidates will be permitted to proceed with the registration process, only if these data entered by them match the data as available with the JEE database of NCHMCT. The candidates will be required to choose password and security question and their answer.
- After completing the registration process, personal data of the candidate will be automatically displayed on the screen. Candidates must verify their personal data.

Choice filling and locking for 1st round
- In this step, registered candidates required to implement their choices of institutes in order of their preference and interest.
- Contenders can implement their choices through appropriate messages and tabs display on the computer screen.
- According to the eligibility, choice of institutions will be appear on the screen.
- Now, aspirants required to fill their choices in the order of preference from the given list of available institutes.
- Candidates are advised to lock their choices positively before 5.00 PM of Last Date.
NCHM JEE Seat Allotment For 1st Round:
- After locking the choices, the further procedure will processed centrally as per the Seat Allotment Algorithm. Candidates will get seats allotted in the order of merit as per AIR and also on the basis of applicable reservation criteria.
- In successful completion of every round, result will declared on the web portal. Candidates are required to login with Roll No and date of birth to see the outcome.
- Selected Candidates need to Seat Acceptance Fee of Rs.44, 250/- and required to report personally to any Reporting Centers.

2nd Round of Counselling Process:
- Contenders who have registered themselves for the first round are only permitted to perform in second round.
- No fresh registrations would be allowed.
NCHM JEE Counselling Fee:
There is no fee for NCHM JEE registration
of Counselling, however the candidate will have to deposited NCHM JEE Seat
Acceptance Fee Rs.40,000/- which will be inclusive of part of 1st Semester Fee
(Rs.39000+1000 Counselling charges) through payment gateway. After depositing
fee, details of depositing fee along with other testimonials, the candidate has
to go for verification of documents at any Reporting Center on scheduled date.
NCHMCT Online Registration Counselling
2018
NCHM Counseling will be based on

NCHMCT Spot Round Counselling
SPOT Round is mainly for the students who are unable to appear in 1st and 2nd round of NCHM Counselling and all other candidates who were appeared for the examination. Aspirants who are going to attend the SPOT Round need to carry fee draft and all important documents along with them. The Procedure for SPOT Round will as mentioned below!!
Online Registration for Spot Counselling:-
Desiring candidates need to log in to the portal for
appearing in Spot Round and complete the following activities from any place of
convenience to them:
Withdrawal of Seat and refund of Fee (Tentative):
- An applicant can cancel his / her allotted seat, admission process and initiate refund process by visiting the reporting centre where initial reporting was done as per given schedule.
- Refund of fees for cancellation of seat allotment will be processed only after the receipt of necessary fee documents at NCHMCT after deduction of Rs.1000/- NCHMCT Counselling Fee.
Online Choice filling and locking of choices:
Candidates are informed that if they are provisionally
admitted candidates and want to participate in the SPOT round then it is obligatory
to have previous allotted institute as one of the filled choices at any
position in the SPOT round of choices.
Seat Allotment and Result Publishing:
After the successfully completion of above mentioned rounds
result of spot round will be published on the website as per schedule.
Conversion of Seat will be applicable in the spot round of seat allotment as
per conversion rules.

Reporting at Center for document verification:
Candidates who have seat after the Spot Round for the first
time should report to any of the reporting Center for document verification and
provisional admission confirmation as per schedule.

NCHMCT JEE Seat Conversion Rule
in SPOT Round:
- Allotment of seats to all registered candidates as per merit
- Convert OBC (PwD)à Open (PwD) and re-allotment
- Open (PwD) -->Open
- SC (PwD) --> SC
- ST (PwD) --> ST and re-allotment
- The conversion of OBCà Open and re-allotment
- After doing the all types of conversions (as above said), if there is any vacant seats available in OBC (PwD), Open (PwD), SC (PwD), ST (PwD) and OBC categories then conversion rule will followed again. And this process will be followed until the seats in OBC (PwD), Open (PwD), SC (PwD), ST (PwD) and OBC categories become ‘0’.
- There is no conversion of SC & ST seats.

the NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2018:
Students who are going to appear in the counselling round
are required to bring relevant documents. One should make sure that, they
produce original as well as on set of self-attested photocopy of documents at
the examination.

NCHMCT Round Wise Counselling Instructions
- NCHM JEE Counselling process is organizing in online mode only
- Students who have qualified the entrance exam need to appear for counselling
- Choice filling must be done through online mode.
- Once choice filled is locked you can’t change it in any circumstances./
- Qualified students have to appear as per their rank provided in NCHMCT 2018 Merit List
- Candidates will be admission in B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel management courses as per the rank, preferences and availability of seats.
