Counselling
Process:
Candidates who are eligible to attend counseling they must
go through below presenting counseling process to get admission in their
suitable course:
Online Registration:
Firstly, qualified contenders have to submit application form in order to get
registered for counseling.
Choice Filling:
Choice filling signifies that aspirants give choices for courses as well as for
institutes in order of their preference from one to a large number.
Choice Locking and
Confirmation Of Seat: When process of Choice filling is over and
choices are locked by candidates, seats are allotted based on seat preference
and merit position/ rank of candidates.
Document Verification:
Aspirants must verify their documents at the designated verification centers as
per their convenience.
Fees Payment:
Candidates have to deposit amount of Participating Fee.
Seat Allotment:
At the end, seats are allotted to applicants so that they can take admission in
the allocated Colleges on time.
Reporting To Allotted
Institute: Finally, Candidates need to report back to assigned
college after payment of admission fee on mentioned dates.

Document Required for Counseling:
Applicants must have to bring following documents and
testimonials at the time of counseling for verification.
- Original and photocopy of counseling letter
- Rank card and hall ticket with gazette officer sign.
- Two photocopies of class 10th and 12th certificates
- Original degree, or provisional certificates if candidate is pursuing
- Cast certificates signed by the authorized authority
- Original and two photocopies of admit card.
- Four to six passport size color photograph
- Score card
- Bank draft of the required admission fee

Required for Counselling
Important Norms:
- Candidature of a candidate will be outright cancelled (at any stage) if the data given in application do not match with original testimonials.
- Contenders are required to bring print out of filled in Application, Money Receipt and Declaration after affixing recent stamp/passport-size Photograph (self attested) at the specified space in said print out of application on the day of counselling.
- Eligibility for application in different subjects and number of subject-wise seats
- Admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit and attendance of candidates in person on the dates & time of counseling of respective stream/ subjects is mandatory.
Things to Keep In Mind:
- Candidates must attend for counseling rank wise.
- Documents verification is done by officials.
- Candidates need to register at the time of counseling with required details.
- Then Seat allocation process will held
- Take print out of Allotment order and take stamp from helpline center.
- Pay the fee in respective banks and submit it at help line center.
- Students to collect their allotment letter and fee receipt.
- Take Admissions in allotted colleges
