Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme

Citizens of India belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) who want to purchase or want to construct their residential units, they can take benefit from this CLSS Scheme. Moreover, those candidates who come under MIG that is Middle Income Group which simply states that peoples with an annual income above 6 lack and up to 12 lack will get an interest subsidy of 4% for loan up to 9 lack and those with an annual income above 12 lack and up to 18 lack will get an interest subsidy of 3% on loan up to 12 lack. Eligible Customers Under CLSS Scheme
  • EWS: Annual household income up to 3 lacks
  • LIG: Annual household income above 3 lack and up to 6 lacks.
  • The beneficiary family should comprise husband, wife, unmarried sons and /or unmarried daughters.
  • Aadhar number(s) of the beneficiary family are mandatory for MIG category.
  • In case of married couple, either of the spouse or both together in joint ownership will be eligible for a single subsidy.

Forgot Password

If in case, user has forgets his password then they are required to select “Forgot Password” link which is provided in front of arrow mark.

Now fill asked details such as User ID, Security question and Security answer and hit “Get New Password” button.

Now confirm new Password and again select “Continue” button. The following screen appears showing message “Your Password has been changed successfully.

Profile & Change Password

To check the details of your CLSS Account, you need to press “Profile & Change Password” tab as you can see in below given image by oval sign which shows two option of the user “Profile” & “Change Password”.

Now you need to update your CLSS profile by filling the asked details and by pressing  “Update” tab the profile will be updated.

Apply for Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme

The following screen appears after click on left menu “Apply for subsidy” link button indicated by oval sign.

Before striking “Click to fill application full details” tab, candidates need to fill all required and compulsory fields which are indicated by red star mark to apply for subsidy as indicated by oval sign.

Here user will see four tabs; each tab has save button and next step button.

Tab-1: Applicant identification Detail.

Candidates are required to fill all asked details in the blank boxes indicated with (*) mark and press Step-1 Save applicant identification detail button for save tab data.

View/Modify Partially Saved Application

The following screen comes after striking “View/Modify Partially Saved Application”. In this page all partial filed applications are display.

View Forwarded Application to Nodal Agency

By pressing “View Forwarded Application to Nodal Agency” new window will appear. Here all forwarded application list will be visible.

View sought clarification application by Nodal Agency

Approved Claim release from Nodal Agency

After selecting “Approved for Claim release from Nodal Agency” as indicated by oval sign, you will reach on new page as given below. Here all approved claim application list will be visible by hitting on ID. No user can view application details.

By pressing on ID No. user will redirect to application form where user will able to view application details as per given comment.

Track application status of Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme

Strike “Track application status” as indicated by oval sign. Here user can search application status by entering ID number or Unit name wise.

Branch wise report of Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme

After selecting “Branch wise report” as indicated by oval sign, new page will appear facing you. Here user can generate Monthly and Quarterly branch wise report.

View Nodal Officer Detail

Hit “View Nodal Officer detail” which is located at the left side of menu bar indicated by oval sign. Here user can see his/her nodal detail.

Search application Status

After hitting the “Search application status” tab at login page, this will take you on new page. Now candidates need to search application status by entering below required information.


At last, aspirants need to logout the form by pressing Logout link as indicated by the oval sign in the following screen.
