Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Skill
Test Pattern
- Dictation for both Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ will be for 10 minutes.
- Dictation Speed: For Grade ‘C’ – 100 w.p.m. and For Grade ‘D’ – 80 w.p.m.
- Transcription Time: (i) For Grade ‘C’ – 40 minutes in English / 55 minutes in Hindi (For VH Candidates – 70 minutes in English / 95 minutes in Hindi)
- For Grade ‘D’ – 50 minutes in English / 65 minutes in Hindi (For VH candidates – 75 minutes in English / 100 minutes in Hindi)
Please note that knowledge of
Shorthand/Stenography is essential for the post of Stenographer. Shorthand
script written by the candidate will be examined for the purpose of evaluation.

- Now, their SSC ASI Admit Card/ SSC CISF Admit Card will be displayed on their computer screen.

- One Recent Passport Size Photograph (3 cm x 3.5 cm).
- One Photo Identity Proof such as Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, University /College ID, Voter ID Card or PAN Card.
Candidates who are not able to download the
SSC KKR Admit Card 2018 or if there is any error in their admit card must
contact the concerned Regional/ Sub-Regional Office(s) of the commission and
provide him the details of your Registration ID, Proof of fee payment and the
copy of the online Application Form. Candidates must apply for correction in SSC
KKR Admit Card 2018 at least one week before exams.
SSC CPO Paper-I Exam Pattern
- SSC KKR will be a computer-based test.
- Paper will contain only multiple choice questions.
- There will be 200 questions of 1 mark each.
- For each wrong answer, there will be the deduction of 0.25 marks.
- Duration of exam is 2 hours.
