Students must register them first and then
fill and submit AP PGECET Application form in April 2019. Candidates who
qualified GPAT and GATE will get admission on the basis of their rank obtained
in the particular exam followed by AP PGECET Counselling.

Eligibility:
Aspirants who are going to apply against AP
PGECET 2019 Entrance Examination are advised to satisfy all the below stated
eligibility criteria:
Nationality:
- Aspirants must be the citizen of India.
- Candidates should belong from Andhra Pradesh state or must be AP domiciled in order to apply for AP PGECET 2019.
- Contenders have to satisfy all the local/non-local status requirements.
Required
Qualification:
- For PG Engineering courses: Aspirants must possess B.E/B.Tech degree
- For PG pharmacy courses: One must have studied B.Pharma from a recognized institution.
- As per the AICTE, the eligibility for admissions into M.E / M.Tech at least 50% marks for OC and BC (45% in case of SC/ ST) in qualify degree examination.
- As per the Pharmacy council of India, the eligibility criterion for admission into M. Pharmacy Courses is 55% for OC & BC and 50% for SC & ST.
AP PGECET Online Registration
Fee:
- To appear in the AP PGECET 2019 Entrance Exam, students must pay the registration fee through prescribed mode.
- OC/BC candidates must pay Rs.1000/- and for SC/ST candidates pay only Rs.500/-.
- Candidates are required to pay AP PGECET Application fee through the medium of online process.

Admission Process:
- Admission of the aspirants will be based on the basis of their performance in GATE and GPAT exam followed by AP PGECET Counselling.
- Candidates have to perform well to get admission into postgraduate engineering, pharmacy and planning courses.
- Total 14 papers will be conducted by the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on the behalf of A.P. State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE)
- Multiple choice questions will be asked in the AP PGECET Exam
- The examination will contain total 120 questions
- 1 mark will be allotted to the candidates for each correct answer.
- The medium of question paper will be English only
- 2 hours will be allotted to the candidates to perform the AP PGECET Entrance Examination.
- There is no provision of negative marking in the AP PGECET Entrance Exam

- Candidates need to visit the official website of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University that is sche.ap.gov.in.
- After reaching to the home page, select the “AP PGECET 2019” link
- From new page choose “Notification of AP PGECET 2019 link, and read all “instruction booklet” details.
- Now, eligible candidates can select suitable link to fill AP PGECET Registration form.
- Thereafter pay up requisite application fees by hitting the “Fee Payment” tab
- Then check payment status and get receipt of same.
- After that, fill AP PGECET 2019 Online Form with complete details in proper manner.
- Upload all required document and testimonials as asked in the AP PGECET Instruction Booklet
