• First of all, applying candidates have to visit official website of Andhra Pradesh state board of Technical Education and Training that is appolycet.nic.in.
• Hit on “APPOLYCET-2017: Second Phase Notification” link appear on home page.
• Aspirants have to read complete notification which will be appearing on the next page.
• Now, come back on previous page and hit on “apply” online button.
• Fill the application form for second phase counseling with your required details.
• After that, hit on “submit’ button.
• Pay application fee through online mode by credit card, debit card or ATM.
• At last, take a printout copy of application form for further use.

Documents required at the time of AP POLYCET 2018 Counseling:

Aspirants who are going to attend second phase AP POLYCAT counseling are informed as they have to submit some important certificates and documents for verification process which will be held at counseling hall.

The verification process will be done by the officers. Aspirants have to submit photocopies of certificates and two photographs at the counseling center. The list of certificates is given below:

• Memo of Marks of SSC or its equivalent Examination
• Community Certificate from Revenue Authorities, issued by officers not below the rank of Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO) in respect of BC, SC and ST candidates
• Certificate showing the Date of Birth
• POLYCET Hall ticket and Rank Card
• Certificate of study for the entire period of education from Class IV to X
• The Medical Certificate in the format given in Annexure-VII, issued by State/District Medical Board in case of Physical handicapped candidate.
• Certificate issued by competent authority in case of NCC Candidates.
• Participation Certificate in International Youth Exchange Programme, Republic day Parade at Delhi, State level competition, if any
• Parent’s discharge certificate from service in case of Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) and Service Certificate in case of serving personnel from competent authority.
• Games and Sports Certificate (Original) issued by various organizations constituted by State/Central Government to conduct tournaments at various levels (to be countersigned by the Headmaster of the School / D.E.O.).
• Conduct Certificate from Head of the Institution where last studied.
• Original Transfer Certificate to be produced within a week from the date of seeking Admission, failing which the admission granted will be automatically cancelled without notice and the resulting vacancy will be duly filled.
• Physical Fitness Certificate from any Doctor not below the rank of Civil Asst. Surgeon.
• Income Certificate issued by Mandal Revenue Officer in 2018
• Minority Community certificate issued by the Headmaster

AP POLYCET Counsellings Fees:

At the time of certificate verification, candidates have to pay Rs.500/- as processing fee for AP POLYCET Counseling 2018.

• SC/ST category candidates have to pay Rs.250/- as processing fee
• After allotment of seats, the Tuition Fee payable varies between Rs. 3800/- to Rs. 15500/- per annum depending on type of college allotted.
