NIMCET Counselling 2018: National Institutes of Technology has started NIMCET Counselling procedure on 11th June 2018. Those students who have filled their choices in NIMCET MCA Counseling Schedule and allotted seats must report to the college.

NIMCET 2nd seat allotment list Counselling will release, students who are shortlisted have to repost to the allotted colleges on schedule dates that is 5th & 6th July 2018. Seats allotted to students, based on their rank, Choice Filling and number of seats vacant.

NIMCET Eligibility Criteria:

Only those candidates are allowed to attend NIMCET Counselling who have qualified NIT MCA Common Entrance Test and get the NIMCET Rank Card.

NIMCET Counselling Procedure

Fill Registration Form:

• Visit the official site that is nimcet2017.nitdgp.ac.in.
• Press tab ‘Registration’ and fill registration form.
• During admission process, you will get a Login Id and Password.

Choice Filling:

• After filling registration form candidates are required to fill their choices.
• Candidates should select suitable choices according to their preference.
• Students can edit/ modify/ delete their choices.
• At last save your choices and take print out of saved choices for future use.

Submission of Fee:

• After the successful registration and choice Filling, candidates have to submit the application fees
• Choose your course and fill required details.
• Pay your fee through cash payment/ Net Banking and Debit Card.

Verification of Documents:

Applicants are required to bring below stated documents in originals and one set of photocopies for verification at time of document verification:

Allocation of Seats:

• As per merit list ranking and availability of seat, candidates will get the seat accordingly.
• After allotment, applicants should pay initial fees of as per your courses.
• And if you are not satisfied with allocation, you can apply for next counseling session.

Processing fees & Initial Fee Details:

• Processing Fee:  Candidates have to pay the non-refundable processing Fee for NIMCET-2018 test for counselling of MCA programme is Rs. 2,000/- for OPEN/OBC category and Rs. 1000/- for SC/ST category candidates. Candidates are required to deposit the processing fee through NIMCET 2018 website only.
• Initial Fee: Contenders should have to Pay Rs. 10,000/- as an initial fee for participating in the NITs. The Payment of fee will be deposited through website only

NIMCET 2018 Seat Allotment:

• On the basis of choices filled by the aspirants,  The exam conducting authority will allot seats in order of NIMCET 2018 rank
• After the allotment of seat, candidates are required to report at any one of the 11 participating NITs on the specified schedule.
• first and second rounds of NIMCET Seat Allotment 2018, Remote reporting will be allowed
• Candidates have to produce original academic documents, date of birth proof, caste and relevant certificates at the time of reporting.
• Aspirants who has been allotted seats in the first round of allotment and they o not report at any reporting center will not be considered for further admission process. similarly the rule will be implies on second or further round of seat allotment.
