WBJEE Counselling 2018: West Bengal Joint
Entrance Examination Board has released the WBJEE Counselling 1st Seat
Allotment Round Results for admission of eligible students in to UG
Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture courses various colleges and
institutions of West Bengal state.

Those who have participate in the 1st Seat
Allotment Round; can check the first Seat Allotment Status via online mode from
the official site After 1st Allotment Round, now board will release 2nd
Allotment Round result on June 27, 2018.
WBJEE 2018 Counselling (Registration &
Choice Filling) has been started from 9th June 2018. WBJEE counselling process
is conducting in online mode. Students who have qualified the West Bengal
Joint Entrance Examination are only eligible to participate in WBJEE
Counselling 2018.

WBJEE 2018 counselling has been
conducted through online mode. The process includes various steps such as
registration, choice filling, seat allotment, reporting to the allotted
colleges, etc. Students have to appear for WBJEE Online Counselling Procedure

WBJEE Counselling
WBJEE Counselling Procedure:
The counseling can be divided into the following steps:
- Online Registration
- Choice Filling
- Seat Allocation
- Reporting and Document Verification
- Confirmation and Admission
Step I- WBJEE Counselling
Online Registration:
- The link to do the counseling registration has been updated here.
- The candidates need to click on ‘New Candidate Registration’ link and then submit WBJEE Roll Number, Application Form Number, Candidate Name, Date of Birth and Security Pin.
- After the registration, an Id and Password will be generated for the candidates.
- The candidates will have to pay Rs. 510/- to fulfill the formalities of registration.
Step II- Choice Filling:
- With the help of the Id and Password, the candidates will be able to fill the choices for the course and the participating colleges.
- The JEE Main and WBJEE candidates must lock the choice before July 2017.
- The facility to submit the final choices will go on the due date at 5:00 pm and after that the submitted choices will lock automatically.
Step III- WBJEE Counselling
Seat Allotment:
- The seat allocation will be done online. Candidates will be able to check it by submitting the Candidate’s ID and Password.
- The seat under WBJEE counselling will only be allotted on the basis of WBJEE 2017 or JEE Main 2017 AIR.
- The score of class 12th will not be considered to do so.
- The schedule for the allotment of seats for Round 1, 2, 3 and 4is given in the tables above.
Step IV- Reporting and
Document Verification:
- Once the seat is allocated to the candidates, they are required physically report at the Reporting Center (RC).
- There, the verification of the documents will be done and the candidates will also have to pay the initial admission fee.
- The fee amount for TFW candidates is Rs. 4000 and for others it is Rs. 5000. The list of the RC’s is given in the table below.
- Step V-Confirmation and Admission: Lastly, the candidates will have to physically report at the allocated institute.
- Candidates, who will not do so, will not be granted admission.
