About NEC Merit Scholarship Scheme:
M. Phil. stipend is sanctioned for a period
of 1 ½ year and is extend for 6 months more, Ph.D. stipend and book-grants are
sanctioned normally for a period of 3 years, is extendable for another 1 year based
on the recommendation of the Head of the Institution.
