List Of Documents To be carried during Document Verification:

10 passport size recent colour photographs
Proof of Date of Birth (High School/Matriculation certificate) in original & 3 photocopies
Proof of having passed Requisite Qualification with Provisional/Diploma or Degree certificates by the date of closing date of online applications.
SC aspirants of UP, OBC candidates of UP should also bring domicile certificate of UP.
UP Domicile for women of UP, UP Domicile for ESM of UP should also bring at the time of Document verification & medical test.
OBC of UP certificates should be current and issued within one year on the closing date of application as mentioned in the notification.
Aspirants who have been obtained CGPA/CPI in prescribed qualification as per notification, they must bring conversion formula from University/Institution for calculation of equivalent percentage of marks.
