Goa Board of
Secondary & Higher Secondary Education is also regarded as GBSHSE. The
board was recognized 27-05-1975 under “The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and
Higher Secondary Education Board Act, 1975.
- This is the state board of education, the purpose of organizing this board was to conduct secondary and higher secondary examination for both central and private schools.
- Goa Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education also endows national level scholarships for all those aspirants who deserves.
- Class XII board examinations is going to be commenced in First week of Mar 2019 and after approx one month of the examination the GBSHSE is declaring the scorecards for HSSC examination.
- Candidates who are going to appear in the board examinations can check their Goa HSSC result by going through the official portal and following the steps stated above.
In 2018, Goa Board of Secondary and Higher
Secondary Education have released the result. 84.60% is the total passing
percentage of the students in Class 12th as per the report by Goa Board of
Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
Number of the students appeared for the
class 12th examinations in 2018 are 18499 and total number of the students
passed the examinations is 15472. 2882 students have failed in the Class 12th examinations.
