According to latest reports, this year 1.55 Lakh
students had appeared for the Bihar Board Class 12th Compartmental Exams 2018.
The board has released the Arts, Science, Commerce and Vocational subjects’
results together.
Around 38.78 percent of students passed the BSEB
Class 12 compartment examination out of which 46.19 percent of student passed
in commerce stream, 37.02 percent passed in science stream and 44 percent of
students passed in Arts stream.

Passing criteria in Bihar Board Compartment Exams:
To clear the BSEB Compartment Exams,
candidates need to secure about 30 per cent marks in theory paper and 40 per
cent of total marks in practical. Candidates who get 300 marks will get first
division and for the second division, you need to score it 225 marks.
Grace marks will be given to those students
who failed in one subject by 8 percent marks or failed in two subjects by not
more than 4 per cent marks to pass the exam. Also, in case a candidate who has
scored aggregate of 75 per cent marks but has failed in one subject, will be
declared passed as per the Bihar Board’s regulations.
BSEB 12th Compartmental Result 2018: Statistics:
This year 1.55 lakh candidates have
participated in the Bihar Board 12th Compartmental examination which was held
from July 13 to 20. In regular exams,11.09 lakh candidates appeared for the
examination.
In regular exams, this year overall passing
percentage was 52.95 per cent. In commerce stream, 44.71% candidates were
declared passed and 44.71% candidates passed in Science stream
